Q1. Am I buying one picture or the software for use forever?

A1. The purchase price allows you to use the software forever. You also get free upgrades to any new releases made within 6 months of your purchase date. In addition, upgrades to minor releases (e.g. v4.1 to v4.2) are free even if these releases are made beyond the 6 months free upgrades period (provided you are entitled to use the major version being updated). Please note that our software is sold on the basis of one license per PC. We do not currently support group licenses for multiple machines.

Q2. What happens if I change hard disk, my laptop breaks or is stolen?

A2. Easy! Simply send us an email and we'll deactivate your old license, and send you a new registration code and a link so that you can download and reinstall the software.

Q3. Your software requires a server to process, what happens if it goes down?

A3. Ensuring our customers have an excellent experience with us is our highest priority. If our primary server fails, we have a backup server in a different location.

Q4. What happens if Anthropics ceases to trade, why would you keep your server up then?

A4. The processing happens on a server to protect ourselves from piracy, and so we can give you the latest version of our advanced image processing as soon as it is ready. If the servers are withdrawn for any reason we will issue a non-server based version for licensed users.

Q5. I don’t have a credit card, can I pay using another method?

A5. Yes, we accept checks in the post. Send them to:

Q6. What’s the small print?

A6. There are links on our home pages for Terms of use and our Privacy Policy, and you can also review our Software License Agreement when you download and install our software.
